Two 2 hour prenatal visits where we can establish how you most need support, make a birth plan, prepare for labor, postpartum and breastfeeding!
Access to books and tools pertaining to pregnancy, nutrition, birth, postpartum and lactation
On call for birth from 38 weeks on + call/text/email support
Tools from my doula bag to utilize during birth
One 2 hour postpartum visit to debrief and help with establishing breastfeeding if needed
Call and text support for the first 6 weeks postpartum
